An airdrop is when creators send tokens—like extra copies of an Edition—directly to collectors’ wallets for free. It’s a great way to reward loyal fans, surprise full-set holders, or grow your community.
Airdropping with The Lab
We support airdrops to make sharing your Editions easy and efficient. There are no fancy CSV uploads here—just a straightforward process where you manually add each wallet address. List your recipients, set the quantities, and mint all your Editions (say, 50 tokens) in one transaction. It’s a time-saver and cuts gas costs too. Here’s how to do it:
Step-by-Step Guide
Pick Your Collection:
Head to your "My Contracts" dashboard.
Select the Collection with the Edition you want to airdrop.
Choose the Edition:
Find the Edition you’re expanding.
Hover over it and click the checkbox in the top-right corner.
Start the Mint:
Look at the action bar at the bottom of your screen.
Click “Mint” to kick things off.
Set Up Your Airdrop:
Enter the wallet addresses getting the new Editions.
Specify how many copies each wallet receives.
Need more recipients? Click “Add New Recipient” to include additional wallets.
Mint & Send:
Double-check your details—wallets, quantities, everything.
Hit “MINT ONCHAIN” to mint all the Editions in one go.
Done!
